except for the pictures and info from Pcguardin web site I really did not know what to expect from laptop security cables. One thing I did know was when I typed in lock name vulnerability, Pcguardian name was not found. when I received it, even with the supplied spacer, it would not mount flush to my laptop. I went back to pcguardin web site and indicated the problem and ask how much would additional spacer cost. I received a reply the next day stating if I provided by address, they will ship me two additional spacers for free. within 5 business days, I received the additional spacers. If you are looking for a technical review...sorry, but if you want to if I would recommend this. YES!!! I am a happy camper.
